Fees & Insurance
In order to get the most for your money I suggest that you do homework between sessions. This may be something I specifically assign or it may involve spending time reflecting on our sessions and bringing the results of that reflection to our next session.
Everyone has been affected by a bad economy. I am open to sliding scale fees if your financial circumstances are difficult. Let’s talk.
Individual Counseling
Individual Counseling: $75 per 50 minute session.
I usually recommend that we meet at least twice a month in order to build on the insights gained in a session. Too long between sessions may mean that we have to ‘back-up’ each time to review what happened in the earlier session. Pay online»

Telephone Counseling & Coaching
Charged at the above rates. I prefer that the first session be in-person so that we can get to know each other face-to-face. Please note that insurance companies may not reimburse for this – check your policy. Pay online »
Professional Time
This time includes the work between sessions I do regarding any forms I review and edit for you - resumes, cover letters, etc. This will be billed in quarter hour increments and will be billed at the individual or group rate as appropriate.
Insurance
I am currently authorized by Aetna and I am in the process of applying for authorization by other companies. In the meantime all payment must be in-full at the time of service. If you desire, I will provide you with documentation for you to submit for out of network payment reimbursement. This documentation usually involves a diagnosis and summary of the issues we address during the sessions.
Payment Assistance
Payment Assistance: Women who qualify may be eligible for financial assistance for these services from Insight Out: a women’s center for spirituality and wellness. Please find out more about the Center at InsightOut.
Cancellations
Cancellation Policy:You will need to provide at least 24 hours notification of cancellation so that I can schedule your time with another client. You will be charged the full fee if you do not cancel in time. Payment must be provided at the time of service via Pay Pal credit card or personal check.
