How will we work together?
Please come to this process knowing what you want to accomplish and commit yourself to success.
You are responsible for your own change and growth. I believe that I can’t make anyone change – you can only change yourself. I will, however, use my professional skills to help you discover your strengths, learn new skills and re-build or re-define your life. At times this process takes time and may involve looking at and working through past trauma or unhealthy ways of thinking and behaving. However, it can also be brief, direct, educational, and focused.
